We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping is $4.99. We also provide expedited shipping options for an additional cost.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. With standard shipping, orders take 5-7 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping can reduce this to 2-3 business days.

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?

If your order is late and you haven't received shipping confirmation, please contact us. We will investigate and provide an update within 24 hours.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unworn/unused items with tags still attached. Please visit our returns portal or contact us to initiate a return.

Do you provide international shipping?

We ship select items internationally. Please contact us to discuss international order and shipping options.

Do you have retail locations?

We are an online-only store at this time and do not have any brick-and-mortar retail locations.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged product or incorrect order, please contact us right away providing photos and details so we can promptly assist with resolving the issue.

How can I track my delivery?

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. You can track the status in real-time using the shipping carrier's website. Tracking links are also included in your confirmation emails.

What if I miss my delivery?
Please contact us if you miss a delivery attempt. We will work with the carrier to set up redelivery at a convenient time or give you options to pick up items from a hold location.

Easy self-service returns available within 30 days of receipt. Simply login to your account, select return merchandise, print prepaid return shipping label and drop off package at any carrier storefront. Refunds are processed immediately upon receipt and inspection at our warehouse. Please contact us with any return questions!

How long do I have to return an item purchased online?

Most non-customized items can be returned within 30 days of the receipt date when purchased online.

What items can I return and what are the restrictions?

Non-custom, non-personalized items in original unworn/unused condition with tags still attached may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Intimate apparel, hygiene products, custom-made items cannot be returned.

How long does it take to process my refund after I return an item?

Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
