•    Express Shipping: Shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout. 
•    Bulky or Oversized Items: May incur additional charges, which will be displayed at checkout.

There are no hidden fees, and all shipping costs (if any) will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing Time
•    Orders placed before 1 PM AEST on business days will be processed the same day.
•    Orders placed after 1 PM AEST, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

•    Regional Areas: 5-7 business days
•    Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

Missed Deliveries & Address Errors
•    If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a collection card, or redelivery may be attempted.
•    Incorrect address details may result in delays or extra fees. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
•    Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within 10 days after the expected delivery date, contact us immediately.
•    Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as "delivered," we are not responsible for theft. Please ensure a secure delivery address.
•    Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.
